Personalised or made-to-order items may occasionally take a little longer, but we will contact you if there is any delay. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment, and while we always aim to meet our delivery estimates, delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control may sometimes occur. UK guidance says goods should be delivered within 30 days unless you and the customer agreed otherwise, so your 5-working-day estimate is fine as a stated delivery target. Source
